We are a family of beekeepers who love bees. Our beekeeping tradition goes back 120 years. We keep over 200 bee families in several apiaries (beeyards) located in several locations in Eastern Romania, across the counties of Neamţ, Iaşi and Vaslui. Our main business is to produce honey, but we are also making every effort properly selecting the genetic material that we have in order to support honey production. We have been using only buckfast bees since 2003, but sometimes we also use other races to improve what we already have (A. M. Carpatica, A. M. Caucasica, A. M. Meda).
Since it is difficult to cull bees without controlled mating, we have to use an apiary located in a mountain area, but also artificial insemination.
